What to Expect
Your first visit
We begin with a full health history — your cycles, sleep, digestion, energy and emotional landscape — alongside pulse and tongue assessment. Treatment is gentle: fine Japanese needles, often with moxibustion for warmth and nourishment.
You'll leave with a personalised plan: lifestyle and nutrition guidance, and acupressure you can practise at home. Initial consultation $180 · follow-up $140.
