By booking an appointment with, or using the services of, Nadja’s Family Acupuncture, you agree to the following terms.
Our services
We provide acupuncture, Chinese medicine and related wellbeing services. Information on this website is general in nature and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please consult your GP or specialist about medical concerns, and always tell your practitioner about existing conditions, medications and pregnancy.
Appointments and cancellations
Appointments can be booked online through our booking system or by contacting us directly. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price applies to late cancellations and missed appointments.
Payment and rebates
Payment is due at the time of your session. Private health-fund rebates may be available depending on your cover — please check with your fund. Program payments (including The Return to Self) may be made by payment plan where agreed in advance.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete health information, and to advise us of any changes to your health. Acupuncture outcomes vary between individuals, and no specific result can be guaranteed.
